A 2D black-and-white RPG where you can invert the game's colors to swap your party's classes. A wrestler, scientist, and guy with a boomerang go on a quest to bring back the world's color.
In EMIMLIVE: Chroma Quest, you play as three heroes on a quest to bring back the world's color after it has been stolen. Using ATB-style turn-based RPG mechanics, fight enemies, level up, and learn new skills as you make your way through the floors of the game's dungeon. Invert the colors of the game, not only in the overworld to find hidden objects, but also during battle in order to swap the classes of your party in real-time.
EMIMLIVE: Chroma Quest was made in 11 days for Black and White Jam #8 during April 2022, using Unity and C#. It features six original music compositions as its soundtrack. All assets and code in the game were made by GAME JOY.
