Nearly a century into the future, Earth has died, and corporations have built vessels to continue humanity and search for a new home. With only a few tens of thousands of humans left, a new space race has begun, a race for which corporation finds a home for humanity first. A winner take all scenario. These are the stories that will be explored in Stories of Liane. A corporate vessel, known as the Kaleidoscope Center of Research has gone missing with its last known coordinates being in an uncharted section of the galaxy. Anna Liane, a private investigator, is sent to investigate and she finds the ship crashed on the uncharted planet known as Di'Zhu. While she has a job to do, she also has an alternative motive. Her sister, Allison Liane, was working on the ship when it went missing. Anna's desire to learn the truth of what happened pushes her forward into the abyss. Stories of Liane is going to be a collection of short stories that take place in different parts of the universe with different settings and different characters to explore. Each will feature a slightly different gameplay style and challenge to accomplish the goals based on the narrative that is being told and the characters you will be controlling. Each story is about 15-20 minutes of gameplay, with a launch plan to release three 15-20 minute stories and one major story (30-45 minutes) to tie the plotline together.
