1.1. These Indie Pipeline Terms (“Terms”) are a legal document that outlines the terms under which you ("DEVELOPER") are submitting your game or games to the GDWC Indie Pipeline.
1.2. The GDWC Indie Pipeline is managed by the Game Development World Championship ("GDWC") and its parent company Ace Lagoon Oy ("Ace").
1.3. Any submission to the GDWC Indie Pipeline is under the general GDWC Terms of Service, unless otherwise stated.
1.4. By submitting a game to the Indie Pipeline, DEVELOPER states that they have all the required ownership, rights, and consent required to do so.
1.5. By submitting a game to the Indie Pipeline, DEVELOPER gives GDWC the permission to share the provided data with potential Partner ("PARTNER").
1.6. By submitting a game to the Indie Pipeline, DEVELOPER agrees to give GDWC and the PARTNER and representatives of both the right to handle and review the provided data as is required to for the purposes of processing the game for publishing, investment, collaboration, partnership, or other consideration.
1.7. DEVELOPER retains all ownership to their IP.
1.8. DEVELOPER understands and agrees that submitting their game to the Indie Pipeline does not guarantee a publishing, investment, or any other deal or offer.
1.9. GDWC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
